Andrew Corso, a Post-doctoral researcher at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science is excited to talk to you about marine creatures and his research experiences in Antarctica!

 

Dr. Scott Doney, a professor in Environemtnal Change is excited to talk to you about his oceanographic research and what it is like to be a polar scientist studying climate change.

Dr. Sharon Stammer, a Senior Research Associate at the University of Colorado Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, is excited to speak with you about what it is like to work outdoors and in a computer laboratory exploring polar data.

You have heard the phrase “there are no dumb questions”.  Well, it's true!  We want to encourage your creativity and passion for science. You may be curious about what it’s like to be a research scientist- the challenges, daily routines, and technology used. In addition, you may want to know more about scientists’ motivation, career path and inspiration.  We definitely encourage these kinds of questions - and anything else you want to ask these amazing scientists!
