In this chat, our guest will be Dr. Montana Vasquez-Grinnell, STREAMS Program Director and Middle School Science Teacher at Gill St. Bernard's School in Gladstone, New Jersey. She will be sharing her dissertation work "Persistence of Vision : Factors Influencing the Retention of Women of Color in STEM Programs."
